Device Setup Charge: A one-time $40 Device Setup Charge is applied by Rogers to the next Rogers invoice for each device purchased on a new activation or hardware upgrade. The charge is applied automatically and will appear on your next bill under “One-time charges and credits” for each optional purchase of a device. This charge does not apply to no term activations.

2. AutoPay Discount: A $10/month discount is available on eligible in-market plans to customers who set up Auto-Pay on their account (not retroactive). You must keep Auto-Pay active with an eligible plan to maintain this discount. Discount will end if you move to an ineligible plan or cancel Auto-Pay.

4. Reduced speeds. Rogers Business plans include high-speed data up to 2 Gbps. If you exceed the high-speed data allotment of your plan, you will continue to have access to data services with no overage beyond the high-speed data allotment at a reduced speed of up to 512 kbps (upload and download) for light web browsing, email and messaging until the end of your billing cycle.
Access to Rogers’ 5G/5G+ network, where available, requires a 5G compatible device. Whether connecting to Rogers or another carrier’s network, whether in Canada or internationally, speed, performance and whether a 5G capable device uses the available 5G/5G+ network depend on various factors including your device, configuration, usage, the carrier’s network technology, network and internet traffic, topography, environmental conditions, applicable network management practices, and other factors. 5. International Messaging. Text/picture/video messages sent from Canada to international mobile numbers or email addresses. Premium texts (alerts, messages related to content and promotions) not included and charged at applicable rates.
6. Mobile Hotspot Access. Using your plan’s data, your phone becomes a WI-FI connection for other devices such as laptops and tablets. Primary data usage must be on your smartphone on the Rogers network. Usage is subject to the Rogers Acceptable Use Policy and the Rogers Network Management Policy.
7. Call Display and Name Display. Compatible device required. Call display allows you to see the number of an incoming caller even if they are not in your address book. Name Display allows you to see a caller’s name and number before answering the phone. Not all names and numbers can be identified. Connection to the Rogers network required for Name Display.
8. Voicemail. Basic Voicemail is a service that allows you to receive up to 3 messages each up to 3 minutes in length and you can save each one for up to 3 days. Enhanced Voicemail is a service that allows you to receive up to 35 messages each up to 5 minutes in length and you can save each one for up to 10 days.
9. Call Forwarding. 2,500 Call forwarding minutes. Additional Call Forwarding minutes 10¢/minute (rounded to the next full minute).
10. Roam Like Home. Not available for prepaid accounts, most enterprise plans as well as monthly plans that include roaming services. Taxes extra.
Roaming charges apply when outside the eligible destination.
Fees. Fee charged per line in addition to plan monthly fee and applies per calendar day from first use in eligible destination until 11:59:59 p.m. based on Eastern Time (ET) regardless of which time zone you are roaming in. Calls: While in eligible destination, includes unlimited calls to local numbers or Canadian numbers. International long distance.
11. Device Financing. 0% APR on approved credit with a device financing agreement (DFA) and a Rogers Infinite plan. A down payment may be required based on our evaluation of your credit. DFA based on full price plus applicable taxes (excluding promo credits, if applicable, which are applied monthly on your bill for as long as your DFA is in place); if your DFA is terminated and or if your mobile plan is cancelled your outstanding financing balance becomes due. The promo credit (if applicable) will end in both cases.
12. Save & Return: Program consists of purchase of eligible phone on a Rogers mobile plan with financing; Save & Return amount is applied after taxes to lower monthly financing program payments. You must return phone in good working condition (must power up to the home screen, accept a charge, and have the ability to perform a factory reset; LCD/touchscreen must be functioning and cannot have any dark spots and/or blemishes and there cannot be any physical damage to a device such as cracks in the body of the device or broken and/or cracked LCD/touchscreen and/or back glass; all accounts and passwords must be removed and/or turned off; device cannot have been reported lost or stolen) during month 24 (or in months 2-24 while upgrading to a new phone with financing), otherwise Save & Return Amount will be charged to your account. Cancelling your services during your 2-year Save & Return term will result in charging of Save & Return Amount, in addition to your outstanding financing balance, subject to any applicable adjustments to reduce your balance.
13. Data, talk and text in Canada + US. Use your plan’s data, talk and text in the U.S., excluding calls made through Call Forwarding, Video calling or similar services. Includes unlimited text/picture/video messages sent from Canada and U.S to Canadian and U.S. mobile numbers and received texts from anywhere. Premium texts (alerts, messages related to content and promotions) are not included and charged at applicable rates. When roaming in the U.S. use your plan’s high-speed data allotment, with reduced speeds up to 512 kbps until the end of your current bill cycle if you exceed your high-speed data allotment. 5G/5G+ service may not be available when roaming on another carrier’s network and usage on those networks may be subject to speed and/or data restrictions. Primary data usage must be on your smartphone on the Rogers network. Usage is subject to the Rogers Acceptable Use Policy and the Rogers Network Management Policy.
14. Data, talk and text in Canada + US + Mexico. Use your plan’s data, talk and text in the U.S. and Mexico, excluding calls made through Call Forwarding, Video calling or similar services. 15. Rogers Satellite. Sign up for the Rogers Satellite monthly add-on when activating an eligible Rogers’ plan. The add-on costs $10/mo for the first 12 months. Service begins when the Rogers Satellite add-on is added, not at the time of plan activation. After the promotional period ends, the add-on will automatically renew at the then-current monthly price (currently $15/mo) unless you cancel at least one day before the end of the promotional period. Coverage: Compatible device required. Using your plan’s messaging and data allotments, Rogers Satellite currently includes messaging capabilities and may also include satellite-ready apps for select optimized smartphones with an operating system supporting satellite data. Service available only in Canada south of the 58th parallel (excluding specific regions) in most outdoor areas where you can see the sky.
